The Challenge
Founded by comedian Nate Bargatze and inspired by the wildly popular Nateland podcast community, Nateland at Sea has become one of the most unique fan experiences in live entertainment.
The 2026 sailing brought thousands of guests aboard the Norwegian Jewel for four days of comedy shows, live podcast recordings, fan experiences, themed events, and opportunities to connect with Nate Bargatze and fellow members of the Nateland community.
The event required a creative team capable of documenting multiple experiences happening simultaneously across the ship while producing content that could be used to promote future sailings and preserve the attendee experience.
In addition to comprehensive video coverage, the event included large-scale meet-and-greet photography sessions with Nate Bargatze, serving hundreds of guest cabins throughout the sailing.
The challenge was balancing storytelling, efficiency, and consistency while working in a fast-paced destination event environment.

A major component of our photography coverage involved documenting meet-and-greet experiences with Nate Bargatze.
Over the course of the sailing, our team photographed approximately 500 guest cabins during organized photo experiences with Nate.
Large-scale celebrity meet-and-greets require precision, consistency, and efficiency. Every guest deserves a great image while event schedules remain on track.
By working closely with event staff and production teams, we helped create a seamless experience for attendees while delivering thousands of professional photographs throughout the sailing.
